RETURNS/EXCHANGES ARE ONLY ACCEPTED ON ITEMS IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION WITHIN 7 DAYS OF YOU RECEIVING YOUR ORDER. REFUNDS ARE NOT OFFERED FOR CHANGE OF MIND, SALE ITEMS OR AFTERPAY PURCHASES, YOU WILL INSTEAD BE OFFERED A STORE CREDIT THAT WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR 365 DAYS.

ONCE WE RECEIVE THE RETURNED ITEM AND IT HAS BEEN INSPECTED, YOU WILL BE CONTACTED AND RECEIVE A STORE CREDIT NOTE TO THE VALUE OF THE ITEM.
RETURN COSTS ARE AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE. AS WE ARE A SMALL BUSINESS, WE DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS. THE CUSTOMER MUST COVER THEIR OWN SHIPPING COSTS. IF THE PACKAGE DOES NOT REACH US SAFELY, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PROCESS YOUR RETURN. WE RECOMMEND USING A POSTAL SERVICE WITH TRACKING TO AVOID ANY ISSUES.
